Cancellation & Refund Policy |
Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, the customer may cancel the contract within seven days of the goods being delivered and receive a full refund, provided the goods have not been used, and are in the same condition as when supplied. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and arrange the return of the goods.

Items being returned must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number which will be supplied after notifying us.
Refunds will be less the cost of delivery both ways, and monies will only be returned to the original purchasing card.
